Abstract submission for CBOND2026 is now open and will close on 30 June 2026. The announcement of oral contributions and posters will be made in July 2026. Abstracts must be submitted as a Word file by email to CBOND26@vub.be, using the official template provided on this page.

Please name your files as FamilyName_Abstract.docx. In the subject line of your email, indicate in capital letters whether your submission is for an ORAL or POSTER contribution. Submissions not selected for an oral presentation may be offered a poster presentation; in that case, the author’s acceptance will be requested.

Important 

• Only abstracts from registered participants will be considered.
• Each participant may submit only one abstract (ORAL or POSTER). Multiple submissions per person are not permitted.
• Early-career researchers may submit an abstract for the Young Researchers Symposium and also submit an abstract for the main CBOND2026 program.
• Detailed instructions for preparing the abstract are provided in the template(s) available on this page.
• An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 5 days of receiving your submission.
