The ECCB is governed by a structured organization that includes the General Assembly, the Executive Board, and the Extended Board. The General Assembly, the highest organizational unit, meets annually to discuss and decide on key issues. The Executive Board, consisting of two elected members, oversees the daily operations of the society, including financial management, the execution of resolutions, and the admission of new members. The Extended Board, composed of 14 elected members and the Executive Board, helps shaping the society's strategic direction.
