Conference access
The conference registration fee includes admission to all scientific sessions of CBOND2026, access to the Young Researchers Symposium, seven coffee breaks, catering during the poster sessions, and the conference dinner on Tuesday, 9 September 2026.
Please note that your registration is only confirmed once payment of the registration fee has been received.
Registration can be completed here. On-site registration is not be available. Payment is only possible by bank transfer; please follow the enclosed instructions.
Registration fees
There are two registration categories available: Student and Regular. A proof of student status should be sent to cbond26@vub.be.
Registration is available until 31 August 2026; fees increase by 100 € thereafter.
How to register
- Complete the online registration form.
- Proceed with payment following the instructions provided during registration.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is completed.
Important notes
- Only registered participants will be considered for abstract submission.
- Early-bird registration is available until 31 July 2026; fees increase by €100 thereafter.
- The contributed talk slots for the main CBOND2026 and Young Reserach Symposium program have already been allocated.
- At this stage, only abstracts for poster presentations are being accepted.
